What picture develops in your mind when you hear the words: layoffs ... mergers ... and ... downsizing? Are you concerned you'll fall victim to one of them? Or has it already happened to you?

Being vulnerable to things you can't control seems to be a way of life for too many people these days. A job ... like the future ... is promised to no one. Retirement is usually early. If I could only share one thing with you about me it would be that I couldn't accept the fact that I was supposed to work my entire life for someone else, making them rich and build their future. I knew I had to build my own dream. Being able to earn a lot so I can give a lot. Get more time so I can give more time. I understood I had to change what I was doing. I had to open my mind, start looking for a way, and here I am.

Aside from that I'm happily married, have got two beautiful boys, now at the age four and six. We live in a small place called Filtvet in the southeastern part of Norway and enjoys spending time with our friends, skiing in the wintertime, boating and cycling in the summertime.

The best thing about having my own business is that I can decide my own working hours. The idea of eating breakfast with my wife and kids every day, before taking the boys to school and kindergarden. When the day is over, go pick them up, and then spend the time together after dinner.

For me, it all started when I realized there was a smarter way of working. You need to get the leverage of a team. This is very important when it comes to information, knowledge and earning money. Then put the money at work, so they can make you more money, and time.
